Terms and Conditions

Sample Clearing and Ethical Responsibility:

By submitting music to our platform, you affirm that any samples used in your compositions are properly cleared. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions from copyright holders for any pre-existing material incorporated into your work. Our company takes ethical responsibility seriously. We encourage artists to create original content and respect intellectual property rights. Any violations may result in rejection of submissions.

Music Submission and Profitability:

You retain ownership of your music. By submitting it to our platform, you grant us a license to distribute, promote, and sell your music. This license is essential for our business operations. We strive to maximize profitability for both artists and our company. Our revenue model includes a small percentage of sales, which allows us to maintain and enhance our services. While we prioritize artist success, we also consider our own sustainability. We invest in marketing, technology, and infrastructure to benefit all stakeholders.

Liability and Indemnification:

Our company provides distribution services, but we do not guarantee success, sales, or revenue. Artists are responsible for promoting their music. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your music, including any legal disputes related to sample clearance or copyright infringement. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Termination and Exit:

You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us. Upon termination, your music will be removed from our platform. Our company reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of our terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons. Neither party shall be held liable for any damages resulting from termination.

Governing Law and Unethical Behavior:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. In cases where South African law conflicts with your country's law, the provisions most favorable to the parties shall apply. We expect artists to act ethically and professionally. Any attempts to manipulate our system or engage in unethical practices may result in account suspension.
